Your free consultation call will take around 20 minutes. In this consultation call we talk through what you are looking for, your preferred areas, property features, must haves and nice to haves, budget and the steps required to be ready to purchase a property (eg, finance pre-approval). This can be on the phone, on a video call or in person.
Outline the process & document
We provide you with an outline of how we will approach your search, the steps and fees involved.
Once you are ready to start, we use a standard Queensland Government and REIQ agreement for the engagement of a buyer’s agent (form 6) which outlines our services, a summary of your brief, fees and various T&Cs.
Commence your search
We commence your search, working all on-market listings while looking for pre and off-market properties.
You will have access to our online client portal where we will short list or reject properties with you as we work through the available properties we have found.

What to expect on our call
On our call we will ask you to walk us through what it is that you are looking for in a new property and your experiences so far with your search.
We will outline how we work as buyers agents to help our clients purchase a new property, the value proposition for using a buyers agent, the process and costs.
